All deliveries are sent with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Where Do You Deliver To?
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. For orders to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man, please contact us for a personalised quote.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receiving your payment. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your order number or tracking ID.
What If My Delivery Is Delayed?
Sometimes delays happen — weather, customs, or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out and we will investigate straight away.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email support@petmom.co.uk with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
